An eSIM is a virtual SIM card built into a device. It does not require a physical card and can activate a mobile network by downloading the operator's profile.
We will send you a QR code by email after you buy something. You can either print the QR code or open it on your computer. To add a data plan on your phone, navigate to Settings > Mobile/Cellular Data and scan the QR code. You can give this data plan a specific name on your phone.
We suggest buying or setting it up 1 to 3 days before your travel.
You can only use the Volarsky data plan after you get to your destination. When you arrive, turn on data roaming on your phone and the Volarsky data plan. For more information on how to add a data plan, look in the phone's user manual. All eSIM products come with detailed instructions on how to set them up.
eSIM data will only start counting when you arrive at your destination and successfully connect to the local network.
1: Open Settings, click Cellular, and see if there is the word "Add eSIM". If there is, it means it is compatible.
2: Click the dial button, enter "*#06#", and check whether there is an IMEI barcode (not EID). If there is, it means that your device is compatible with eSIM.
