I. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all users who purchased eSIM products from Volarsky’s independent website.
Refund application time
You have up to 2 months from the date of purchase to apply for a refund. After this period, we will not be able to accept the refund request.
Refund conditions
(I) Full Refund
- Only applicable to eSIM products purchased from Volarsky official website.
- The eSIM is not activated and no data traffic has been used. Once you activate the eSIM or start using data, the refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the full refund policy will no longer apply.
(ii) Refunds due to device problems
- If your smartphone does not support eSIM functionality, or the device is in SIM lock status, resulting in the inability to use our eSIM products, you can apply for a refund. However, the condition that the eSIM card has not been scanned and no data has been used must be met.
- When applying for a refund, please provide screenshots proving that your device does not support eSIM or is in SIM lock status, and relevant necessary information, such as device model, system version, etc.
(iii) Other cases
If eSIM cannot be used normally due to the failure of Volarsky or network service providers, we will provide you with a full or partial refund according to the actual situation.
Circumstances in which no refund will be made
- If the eSIM has been activated and data traffic has been generated, no refund will be made except for problems with the device or faults on our part.
- eSIM products purchased on non-Volarsky websites.
- If you apply for a refund more than 2 months after the date of purchase.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment at the time of purchase. If the original payment method cannot be used, we will negotiate with you for another refund method. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be returned to your credit card account; if you used a third-party payment platform (such as PayPal), the refund will be returned to your PayPal account.
Refund Request Process

- Send an email to esim@volarsky.com with “eSIM Refund Application” in the subject line and detail your order number, time of purchase, reason for refund and other information in the email content.
- Communicate with the customer service in the online chat window of the website, informing the customer service of your refund demand and relevant order information.
- Provide the necessary information: according to the customer service guidelines, provide relevant materials that can prove that you are eligible for a refund, such as screenshots of incompatible devices, purchase vouchers, etc.
- Review: Our customer service team will review the refund application after receiving your application and related materials, and the review time is generally 1 – 3 working days.
- Refund Processing: If approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refund arrival time is usually 5 – 10 working days, but the specific arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the payment institution.
Precautions
- Before applying for a refund, please be sure to report the details of the problem to our customer service team so that we can better assist you in solving the problem. We may not be able to guarantee a refund if you contact us to request a refund after the eSIM usage period has expired.
- If a refund is requested for reasons other than the device and our failure, we will either provide a daily commuted refund (less a $3.50 processing fee) or a partial refund based on the amount of data you have used.
- When requesting a refund, please provide accurate and complete information and screenshots so that we can process your request quickly.
- Our customer service team is available 7×24 hours a day and will normally respond to your inquiry within minutes.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount you paid. For example, if you used a discount code to purchase eSIM, the refund amount will be calculated based on the discounted amount you actually paid. Fees not related to eSIM itself (such as third-party platform fees, etc.) are not included in the scope of the refund, and the refund amount will not exceed the amount you actually paid.
